Job Description
We're looking for a team member in our fast growing company as People Development Manager. You'll optimizing culture framework in Antikode not only to boost productivity but also to create an engaging environment within the team.
Job Responsibility
- Identify training & development needs in the organization
- Create and optimize culture framework to boost productivity
- Create and optimize talent acquisition & new staff onboarding process
- Create and optimize team skill development / learning system
- Organize performance review using OKR (Objective Key Results)
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 4 years of experience in related field required for the position
- Have experiences in setting up company culture
- Experience in startup / digital agency is plus point
- Excellent communication skill (both in English & Bahasa Indonesia)
