Project Manager  

Antikode is looking for a project manager who will be responsible for overseeing projects from the discovery, design, development, until the implementation. The role also requires you to become the bridge between Antikode and the clients, so the ability to manage the communication as well as the way project is delivered to the clients is very crucial.

Job Description

• Be a part of our growing team that consists of UX researchers, UX / UI designers, graphic / motion designers, content strategist, website / mobile development team, business / quality analyst, and other project managers
• Manage projects across multiple digital platforms using waterfall / agile project methodology
• Manage project scope & timeline
• Manage project deliverables quality
• Maintain good relationship as well as managing client’s expectations
• Capture feedbacks & lessons learned to continuously improve project deliverables

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital project management and working in client-based projects
• Experience in implementing / delivering multiple successful projects with high quality result
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent client relations skills
• Excellent communication (both in English & Bahasa Indonesia)
• Excellent and inspiring team player
• Eager to continuously improve and learn new skills
• High proficiency in using various professional tools including Slack, Google Suite

• Experience working in digital agency
• Experience / good knowledge / certification in Agile project methodology frameworks (Scrum)
• High proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Confluence
