*Manager of Corporate Quality - Six Sigma Black Belt required (Cebu or Manila)
*AVP for HR Operations in a BPO - 10+ years of related experience is required (Cebu and Manila)
*Sr. Delivery Leader (Senior Operations Manager) - 8 years of Managerial experience in a BPO handling Healthcare, Telcommunications and Travel accounts. (work locaton Cebu)
*Sr. Executive - HR employee relations (Manila or Cebu)
*Payroll Lead - 5+ years of related experience has a strong Australian payroll or with strong platrom (chris 21) experience. work location is in Cebu.
*Project Manager, CPA - 2 years in domain and implementation (Manila)
*IT Qualit Analyst Lead - 2+ years of callcenter experience(voice and/or non-voice). Preferably with WFM/SAP-MIS background. Proficient in excel.
*Lead IT Service Desk - A single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management. Responsible for vendor management and people management, ensures quick resolutions as a crisis manager. (Manila)
*Sr. Delivery Leader (Sr. Operations Manager) Retail CS - 10+ years of retail experience in a BPO (Cebu)
