Job Description
- Handling Customer Complaints
- Communicating with Users via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc
- Creating Shareable Content and organizing the delivery of content to Social Medias
- Answering Reviews and Comments and Messages from the Community
- Hosting Giveaways and Loyalty programs and
- Sharing Daily Links for users to interact with for free coins
- Collaborating with Live ops manager for specific day events and time sensitive posts.
- Monitoring paying users that show tendencies to be leaving and proactively re-engaging them back to the game at any cost.
- Creating Weekly report for Management to review
Prepare yourself for:
- A 2-day take home skills exam.
- A series of interviews in the office.
- A day in the office which culminates in a presentation to management.
Minimum Qualifications
About you:
- Any degree as long as you're a passionate individual who loves games!
- A fun person with a bubbly personality that shines through when communicating with our users.
- A person who is willing to put themselves as the front of Anino when communicating externally.
- A high level of english written proficiency.
- A go-getter attitude to solve any problem any of our paying users might have.
- Creative mindset to come up with ways to engage and reach more people via Social Media
