Job Description
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients.
- Resolve customer complaints by:
- Investigating problems.
- Developing solutions.
- Preparing reports.
- Making recommendations to management.
- Plan and execute solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers.
- Mentor sales team members.
- Identify and present business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
- Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
- Maintain the following:
- Relationships with clients by providing information, support and guidance.
- Professional and technical knowledge by:
- Attending educational workshops.
- Reviewing professional publications.
- Establishing personal networks.
- Benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
- Participating in professional societies.
- Prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in sales with proven tract record required.
- Industry experience is not necessary.
- Mature, articulate, and presentable.
- Good natured and sociable.
- Enjoys attending a variety of social functions in the expatriate community.
