Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist  

- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns across multiple brands within the same industry

- Create and maintain PPC and re-marketing campaigns

- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Determine best SEO keywords and work with content writers to make sure these are placed in website content according to best practices

- Regularly run reports to to see effectiveness of strategies in place

- Work closely with the sales managers to develop new campaigns and enhance current sales strategies.

- Identify key metrics and sales targets

- Set up and maintain CRM systems

- Handle hot leads generated from website, social media, and other platforms,

- Reach out to cold leads via email

- Create email sales campaign based on database marketing results

- Manage sales funnels and email marketing campaigns

- Reach out to existing and past clients

• Must have at least 2 years experience delivering successful campaigns through a variety of digital marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Detailed and data driven
• Basic Wordpress knowledge
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• -Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
• Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
