Guidance Counselor  

The Guidance Counselor is responsible for identifying learner’s needs and implements comprehensive Guidance Counseling Programs and Services.

• Assists in the development and implementation of the Guidance Program.
• Provides academic, career and personal counseling to learners.
• Confers with faculty members and parents regarding learners’ needs and growth.
• Assists in the administration of admission tests and psychological tests for referred learners.
• Evaluates test results and provides feedback.
• Confers with faculty and parents concerned regarding counselees.
• Keeps and updates cumulative records of learners.
• Facilitates group dynamics/activities with learners.
• Prepares and submits monthly accomplishment reports to the Head of the Guidance Department.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of BS Psychology or its equivalent;
• Preferably with Master's Degree or pursuing Master's Degree;
• Knowledge in Psychometrics;
• Experience is a plus;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
