Damosa Land Inc., a wholly owned Filipino corporation and a member of the Anflocor Group of Companies, was incorporated on April 14, 1948. Formerly known as Davao Motor Sales, Inc. or Damosa, the company started as a premier dealer of Ford motor vehicles and parts until 1985. Today, DLI has become an emerging real-estate company in Davao Region with an array of popular real estate developments and leasing operations ranging from business offices, commercial centers, retail outlets or stores, IT parks and BPO buildings, to hotel, beach resort and boat club facility.
