Job Description
- Prepares monthly event schedules to promote DBLCI projects;
- Responsible for the yearly renewal of all DBCLI boats' licenses and registration;
- Ensure mooring application, boat documents and rental fees of tenant are complete and updated;
- Markets boat tours, boat rentals, shed rentals and proposed events in Caliclic Open Field;
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact;
- Collect, analyze and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and other entity;
- Compile reports about particular incidents, events or updates about important issue for the business;
- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity;
- Promptly responds to incidents and other events as necessary;
- Performs other duties as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Business Administration, Marketing, or other Business courses;
- With at least 1 year experience in marketing, sales of service-based products, and administrative work;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good people skills and can work under pressure;
- Creative and a self-starter.
