Job Description
- Facilitates submission and routing of documents and memo for approval, purchase requests, billings, payment requests and other related documents;
- Performs day-to-day purchase requests of the project requirements;
- Validates supporting documents for supplier and contractor billings for endorsement to Service Entry Clerk in Accounting Dept;
- Filing of PR documents;
- Performs other administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year Business course;
- Must be computer-literate, and with background in SAP is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
