Job Description

** FOR NEW FRANCHISE VENTURE: REGUS **
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Developing new workspace centers in Mindanao;
- Conducting due diligence on target sites, ensuring growth in the right locations;
- Overseeing each center and ensuring they operate in line with the brand standards;
- Ensuring business delivers growth and profit.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Network growth;
- Return on Investment;
- Execution of brand standards in all centers.

- Franchise Partners;

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business course;
- Preferably with familiarity in running and promoting a franchise business;
- With ability to create and deliver business plans;
- Has ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with min. supervision;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong commercial insight with good market knowledge.
