Job Description
- Disseminating information thru memoranda, e-mail bulletins, etc.;
- Writing of stories for the press;
- Producing marketing materials such as corporate videos, audio-visual presentations, exhibit booths, advertisements for different media (print, TV, radio, social media);
- Processing of management approval, provision of the items in the sponsorship inclusions;
- Program planning, coordination and hosting of events;
- Preparing event-related materials;
- Issuing invitations to executives, employees, media partners and other guests;
- Documenting meetings and events;
- Assisting in scanning the news if necessary;
- Performing other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be Graduates of a 4-year Communications course;
- Must have intermediate skills in technical and creative writing;
- Must have working knowledge in different media platforms;
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and assist in events;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
