Job Description
- Formulating or constructing products, devices or other sub-components
- Effectively partnering with Global and local partner e.g: Marketing, Technical Regulatory and Consumer Product Research and other cross-functional team members to enhance understanding of executing developments for the global market and establish appropriate technical profiles
- Coordinating, documenting and interpreting data and technical outcomes of bench top and small-scale experiments furthering the understanding of product or concept robustness in preparation for larger scale experiments.
- Developing standards and production specifications that enable products to be manufactured consistently and safely which meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting early research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of product ideas, prototypes or concepts.
- Develop relationships with internal & external experts, vendors and collaborators toward idea generation and innovation which is applied to product development.
- Providing mentoring, coaching and support on technical programs and projects which may include directing the day-to-day work of laboratory technicians, lower level scientists, interns and/or contractors.
- Responsible for providing market-level technical support for local sourcing and global product developments.
- Lead in Product Development by provide supports technical efforts with the SEA and/or market-level team to identify, develop and support new products/services to support the local product portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills area a must
- Strong team player across company
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving environment
- Excellent language skills in English
- Excellent written and oral communicating skills are a must
- Good knowledge of Cosmetics (Beauty & personal care), and it’s better if you are familiar with Health Supplement, Traditional Medicine, Food and Medical Device business in Indonesia and/or local markets
