- Maintains Kubernetes cluster, ensuring security, compliance 24/7 availability of deployed workloads
- Builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines with high reliability for application development
- Maintains cloud properties in future, ensuring high availability of services
- Measures and improve reliability of all systems
- Identifies risk and defects, bottlenecks and anything that can impair quality, availability performance of deployed workloads
- Monitors and optimizes resource utilization, proactively identifies additional capacity demands to ensure high performance and availability (within given SLA) at all times
- Works on new initiatives and identifies appropriate technologies for improved reliability, availability, cost optimization
- Provides input for hardware requirements and budgeting
- Takes part of infrastructure technology reviews to ensure continuous improvement of the platform
- Designs and/ or contributes to BCP/DR concepts and implementations, takes part in failover tests
- Provides information and accessibility to semi – automatic documentation environment
- Interfaces with PMO to obtain a full understanding of all requirements to support evaluation of appropriate technology to meet requirements
- Collaborates with security and compliance teams to ensure and improve security policies and meet industry/client standards
- Works closely with project management application development, platform management and cross functional team members globally
- Ensures process, framework and contract compliance based on organization/client standards
- Ensures platform availability to meet agreed SLAs
- Records and maintains infrastructure and operational changes in adherence to corporate process frameworks and standards
- 24/7 availability over the phone and in person in case of an emergency situation, planned downtimes
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in Kubernetes (PH payroll hub)
- Working knowlegde of database and SQL
- Linux system administration experience
- Abililty to work with no supervision
- Fluency is English is a requirement
- Candidate must be willing to work in Naga
