Job Description
The HR Generalist will be tasked to support a US-based client with various HR functions such as HRIS management employee & labor relations, benefits & retirement plans. Responsibilities include:
- Address concerns and meet deadlines as provided by the manager and client
- Respond to inquiries by email, outbound calls, and other means of communication
- Other related tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College degree preferred. BPO or HR experience may be considered in lieu of education
- At least 3 solid years of HR experience in US-based BPO with at least 1500 to 3000 FTEs, required
- Experience in the following areas, highly preferred:
- HRIS systems (Ceridian)
- US labor law
- Employee Relations
- Benefits and 401K retirement plans
- Excellent customer service and English communication skills, verbal & written
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift
- Amenable to work from home temporarily and work in BGC, Taguig after ECG/GCQ or as it may deem necessary
