- Lead the company’s Environment, Health and Safety Management Organization.
- Coordinate closely with cross functional team members of EHSMO
- Represent the company to corporate EHS Team
- Lead, implement, monitor and update the EHS HIRAC and accident investigation/ prevention
- Ensure the company’s compliance in EHS Legal and other Regulatory Requirements such as:
- Update necessary permits, certificates and clearances
- Adhere to OSH Standard
- Reports to relevant government agencies
- Manage the company’s EHS Management System
- Fire and Emergency
- Security and Sanitation
- Industrial Hygiene and Work Environment Management,
- Conducts training on various OSH-related courses.
- Conducts audit and evaluates OSH Programs and practices of companies for proper alignment with their needs.
- Provide EHS trainings and orientation to all employees and other stakeholders
- Lead in the environmental Identification of Aspect/impact and its Control Measures
- Provides the top management with regular update/ review of EHS performance.
- Maintain company ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification
Minimum Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical Engineer or Engineering graduate
- Accredited Occupational Safety and Health practitioner or Safety Officer
- Certified Basic Life Support and First Aider
- Qualified EHS auditor
- Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning
- With vast and solid experience in EHS and Security
- Possesses an invaluable knowledge & skills in Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, and Security especially in Manufacturing
- Familiar with programs on OSH and Environment to prevent and mitigate accidents/ incidents and provide a safe and healthful working environment.
- Specializes in EHS management and program formulation and implementation training and system audit and assessment. Well-versed in Industrial Hygiene, HIRARC, Accident Investigation, Business Continuity, Fire and Life Safety, Safety Inspection, Emergency Preparedness and Response, and EHS Management System implementation.
