Job Description
- Maintain multiple customer environments.
- Update and manage ticket backlog based on internal policies.
- Identify any high priority issues and escalate to next level.
- Provide a customer-first experience while utilizing phones and email to manage tickets.
- Work cohesively with team as well as all divisions of company.
- Effectively engage resources inside and outside of your team to further the troubleshooting and resolution of issues which may include other technical engineers, account teams, or project managers.
- Deliver solutions that lead to problem resolution with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as technical escalation for L1 Engineers.
- Contribute to technical knowledge base.
- Coach / Mentor L1 Engineers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic Microsoft Active Directory (password resets, security groups, sites and services, replication, time synchronization)
- Networking (IP address, Mac address, Layer 1 VS Layer 2, VPN, Subnet, NAT, Firewall Fortigate / Edge Gateway)
- Proficiency in computer usage, internet, and microsoft office suite applications.
- Basic Microsoft Exchange (Mailbox, Creation, Database Mount / Dismount, Distribution Group, Address Book Policies)
- Citrix XenApp
- RDS (Basic understanding of components - Gateway server, Hosts)
- VMware Horizon View
- Windows Servers
- NetScaler Experience
- Expert Networking - BGP
- Skype For Business
- Sharepoint
- Server Performance Monitoring
- EM7 / SciLo
- SQL
- Unix, Linux, Redhat
- OSX - Mac OS
