Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Preferably with Customer Service or Call Center Experience
  • Exhibits a pleasing personality and has the capacity to deal with different kinds of people
  • Has a strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses good voice quality and keen hearing ability
  • Capable of handling and managing confidential information
  • Knowledge in Remedy System is a plus
  • Willing to undergo a 2-3 month training program
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to be assigned in Makati Office
Job Description

- Ensure the timely and accurate handling of all Hotline inquiries and Web Inquiries from Internal and External Clients.
- Classify inquiries as Prospects, After Sales and Non-Related.
- Ticket Creation of client’s concern to correct Support Group/Individuals.
- Provides Level 1 information to Callers.
- Guaranteed follow-ups on concerns through Remedy FU or through e-mails
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the CSDI Sup / CSD Head.
