Business Process Analyst  

Considered candidate will be responsible in ensuring that the corporate goals are met by upholding standard quality to its business processes through continuous identification, measurement, and analyzation of the gaps and implementation of the resolutions and control measures for the same. It is also his/her duty to participate in process and system advancements. Handle inquiries and concerns relative to his/her task.

1. Function as intermediary between the Management and Operations for the identification, analyzation, and resolution of process gaps

2. Handling of inquiries and requests relative to business and systems enhancements/developments, including after “go-live” system support

3. Initiate recommendation of, and participation in, process improvements and system enhancements/developments

4. Preparation and presentation of regular and ad hoc reports, analyses and recommendations on business and systems developments to the Management and Brands, as needed

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Marketing or any related course
• Must have a pleasing personality and the capacity to deal with different kinds and levels of people across the organization.
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Flexible and has the capability to easily adjusting to changing business environment and processes
• Must be highly trainable and can quickly learn business processes
