Account Specialist for Customer Care Center

Amicassa Process Solutions, Inc.

Job Description

All accepted candidates will undergo 2 to 3 months of training on Amicassa's end-to-end business process before their deployment to the Customer Care Center. The training program will cover the end to end after sales administrative processes for the Residentail Business Group of Ayala Land, Inc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has willingess to learn the business processes of the company
  • Customer service experience in any industry is an advantage
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules (with Sunday off)
  • Amenable to be assigned in Makati Office
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
