Job Description

  • Ensures the timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests and complaints;
  • Generates information from all available resources;
  • Coordinates with other units within Amicassa on the early resolution of requests of clients received via phone and emails;
  • Interfaces with other units of the Ayala Land, Inc.;
  • Monitors and ensures resolution at committed time of long term inquiries, requests and complaints;
  • Conducts baseline analysis;
  • Replies to buyers’ requests within the set turn-around time;
  • Prepares real-time monitor/report of accounts handled.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the willingness to learn different processes of the company
  • Customer Service experience in any industry is an advantage
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Makati City
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
