Job Description
- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests and complaints;
- Generates information from all available resources;
- Coordinates with other units within Amicassa on the early resolution of requests of clients received via phone and emails;
- Interfaces with other units of the Ayala Land, Inc.;
- Monitors and ensures resolution at committed time of long term inquiries, requests and complaints;
- Conducts baseline analysis;
- Replies to buyers’ requests within the set turn-around time;
- Prepares real-time monitor/report of accounts handled.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in any field
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has the willingness to learn different processes of the company
- Customer Service experience in any industry is an advantage
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
