Job Description
- Handles review of reservation requirements and generation of contract in SAP
- Checks accuracy and completeness of info on documents submitted
- Verifies reservation fee
- Generates contract in SAP and prepares PDC transmittal for the reservation fee. Adds and updates event log and reservation checklist in MyCustomer
- Receive and validate the reservation fee (Order of Payment, check, wire transfer, direct deposit, credit card, etc.) and then endorsement of PDC/proof of payment to Treasury for clearing/positing
- Receive and process change requests for “Reserved” status (e.g. transfer of unit, change/amend name, record update, cancellation)
- Receive and process approved RAAD.
- Updates Reservation Checklist (Document Compliance) in MyCustomer
- Sends welcome letter or text to successfully reserved accounts.
- Sends forfeiture letters to cancelled reserved accounts.
- Assists in responding to inquiries and requests of buyers and sellers relating to tasks stated
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the CSD Documentation Lead.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Customer oriented and has the ability to deal with different levels of people.
- Proficient in MS Application; Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Exhibits maturity at work and can work with minimum supervision
- Has effective organizational and management skills
- Willing for project-based employment
