Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Interact with customers through all channels to provide:

  • Accurate information about products and services
  • Assistance with any matter that may arise
  • Help in setting up or updating their accounts
  • Answer troubleshooting and billing concerns.
  • Resolutions to complaints
  • Excellent service from pre-arrival to post-arrival
  • Help with reservations and inquiries from all booking channels
  • The carrying out of pre-arrival checks to ensure only relevant information is on booking
  • Assurance that all written correspondence is sent to guest within 24 hrs of an inquiry
  • Close communication with relevant teams to ensure every guest has a smooth arrival experience

Minimum Qualifications

(24/7) Shifting Schedule

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Above Average Communication skills
  • Willing to work on Shifting schedules
