Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
Interact with customers through all channels to provide:
- Accurate information about products and services
- Assistance with any matter that may arise
- Help in setting up or updating their accounts
- Answer troubleshooting and billing concerns.
- Resolutions to complaints
- Excellent service from pre-arrival to post-arrival
- Help with reservations and inquiries from all booking channels
- The carrying out of pre-arrival checks to ensure only relevant information is on booking
- Assurance that all written correspondence is sent to guest within 24 hrs of an inquiry
- Close communication with relevant teams to ensure every guest has a smooth arrival experience
Minimum Qualifications
(24/7) Shifting Schedule
Qualifications and Skills:
- Above Average Communication skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules
