• With at least 84 units in college or graduated from a 2-year vocational course
• Able to work well with a team;
• Ready to work in the field;
• Highly motivated and interested to earn unlimited income;
• Goal-oriented and willing to be trained;
• Real estate sales experience is a plus but not required;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
