Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Constantly hunt for new local and international clients and turn this into increased business
- Identify bottlenecks and implement operational and product solutions to improve our internal processes
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
Minimum Qualifications
Ideal person for the role:
- You have minimum 1 year proven experience as sales for credit products in fintech or bank (preferably with credit limit around IDR 2 Billion)
- Fluent in English
- You never take "NO" as an answer
- You are a driven A player who always focus on getting things done
- You are a high-achiever and result-driven (and you can show this in your CV)
- Have sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Have an interest in helping our small business borrowers grow their businesses
