- Responsible in providing initiatives to increase success billing ratio
- Responsible in managing courier team, from in-house team and vendor team.
- Responsible in any related to billing process in insurance business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Having minimum 5 years experience in Manager level from financial industry; Insurance, Banking, Payment Gateway,
- Advance in Excel formula.
- Well knowledge about billing task.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
