Job Description
- Modelize growth model for our insurance and booking business
- Monitor growth progress according to model
- Prioritize, test and build new growth initiatives leveraging Alodokter 24 million Monthly active user base and Indonesia fast growing healthcare markets
- Find new key partners to foster our growth
- Analyze our CAC and LTV. Propose and implement initiative to improve CAC/LTV ratio
- Conduct market research, test and implement new business models for Alodokter
- Manage a team of 3 growth analysts
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of business fundamentals, outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skillsetExcellent command spreadsheet and presentation software
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 5+ years work experience in a growth-related field, such as management consulting digital companies are preferred
- Strong proficient in English Communication
