Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager in Alodokter you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
The ideal Senior Product Manager will:
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, UX, and other teams on cutting edge technologies.
- Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across teams, product areas, and functions.
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management, at a tech company.
- Have a genuine passion for product-centric innovation
- Strong empathy about our users
- Superior analytical, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Motivated and outcome/result oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well independently as well as with a team
- High attention to detail
- Lean startup/Experimentation methodology
