Job Description
- Creating the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education
- Demonstrating commitment to our Guiding Principles
- Leading all Team Members in the efficient and profitable operation of the store to which he/she is assigned
- Passion to drive results and excellent customer service
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-years retail management experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Must be able to focus on distant and close-range projects
- Passion and love for makeup
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila
