Job Description
- Develops technology service delivery processes.
- Manages technology roadmap and service implementations.
- Manages training of both AWH staff and external users on our platform
- Works with users to understand requirements and form new technology requirements
- Manages the ongoing service delivery of the platform, recording issues and bugs.
- Provides feedback to management on service performance.
Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years’ experience in IT service management, delivery management or related discipline;
- Very strong communication skills;
- Natural ability for public engagement and working with users;
- Team management experience, focussing on both very technical roles but also
- Strong knowledge of digital technology and with some involvement in software development;
- Experience in training users of differing technology skill levels;
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and/or technology is a strong advantage;
- Experience in developing strong service management processes, KPIs and reporting mechanisms;
- Working knowledge of Tagalog and English is a strong advantage, as well as any other regional dialects/languages;
- Strong team working skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work as part of a small-but-growing team in a dynamic way.

reach52 (R52) is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform. Our approach focuses on leveraging existing community facilities (such as shops, churches, schools etc) and people to use a key technology platform to help deliver basic healthcare services to their fellow citizens.
