Job Description
- Review our partner’s clinical content, providing research and analysis of the quality and relevance to new information consumers.
- Work with the core project team to provide clinical input into the detailed service design and project planning.
- Design clinical processes for pilot planning.
- Provide advice and support on any clinical element of the project, as well as answering any questions of a clinical nature from stakeholders or partners.
- Work with the core project team to define a research strategy, questionnaire and plan to share the healthcare content with 250+ participant.
- Get feedback.
- Identify a suitable sample cohort and work with partners to get access to respondent.
- Administer surveys in either English or Tagalog.
- Log all findings and summarising for the rest of the team, conducting more detailed analysis when required.
- Create a scoring/evaluation mechanism for the study.
- Provide a summary report on clinical safety, segmented by relevant respondent type (e.g. by age, profession etc);
- Attend relevant stakeholder or partner meetings when required and related to clinical areas or content validation.
- Work with all team members to design the pilot and work with potential pilot sites.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong clinical understanding, either as a Doctor, Nurse, or Public Health Worker.
- Preferably with recognised certification.
- Excellent understanding in Philippines' healthcare environment and local clinical guidelines.
- Strong research-orientated skills, such as questionnaire administration, results collection and summarising of findings.
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
- Fluency in Tagalog is preferred, as well as English.
