Job Description
- Maintain overall leadership for all stakeholder engagement activities.
- Work closely with the entire team to understand project designs and progress.
- Communicate this will relevant stakeholders and parties.
- Input any costs to Finance Lead.
- Create a stakeholder map (framework of all interested parties, with organisations, key contacts etc), and keep it regularly updated as the project progresses.
- Manage all new partner engagement/meetings, sharing our approach, plans, and progress.
- Manage the sourcing of Philippines-centric content for the IT platform (planning only in this project, prior to pilot).
- Create a marketing strategy and approach for within the AWH service (i.e. accessing citizens via the service we are looking to pilot).
- Manage all communications with potential new pilot sites.
- Source potential partners.
- Maintain a dialogue with all external, international partners (such as AWH’s Singapore-based IT resources, and content partners).
- Maintain a log of all Philippines stakeholder feedback, concerns and risks, feeding this back into the broader team.
- Work with any media or marketing partners to share AWH’s work.
- Oversee all external project communications (news, press releases, social media etc).
- Work on any new funding projects or proposals and with relevant partners/stakeholders.
- Provide regular project reports for both internal teams and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Vibrant and outgoing, confident in high profile meetings.

reach52 (R52) is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform.
