Job Description
- User support on digital channels and phone
- Analysing possible causes of user problems / communicating back to development teams
- Documentation of issues and management of resolutions
- Checking and assuring the delivery of features
- Involvement in user acceptance testing;
- Managing relationships between users and internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in requirements and analysis / help desk / relevant technology field;
- Ability to communicate with developers and non-technical persons in the organisation and has good English as its corporate language;
- Appreciation of the need for clear requirements and acceptance testing in a fast-moving organisation;
- Experience of the need for security and data privacy;
- Knowledge in a selection of the following and prepared to learn others as required:
- Help desk
- Use Cases
- User Stories
- Data structures
- Data Privacy and appreciation of data security
- Agile methods and working within sprint cycles
- Ability to remote work as part of virtual teams;
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and/or technology is an advantage;
- Working knowledge of Hiligaynon and English is a strong advantage, as well as any other regional dialects/languages;
- Strong team working skills and flexibility to work as part of a small-but-growing team in a dynamic way as occasional flexibility is required to support field operations.

reach52 (R52) is a social enterprise which aims to bring universal basic healthcare services to communities in low-access, developing regions through an innovative service model and technology platform. Our approach focuses on leveraging existing community facilities (such as shops, churches, schools etc) and people to use a key technology platform to help deliver basic healthcare services to their fellow citizens.
This allows core health services to be distributed deeper into communities where traditional healthcare services are unable to reach (such as Barangay Health Centres), giving basic support locally but also providing a navigation service where patients are able to find local clinics, purchase affordable quality medication and microinsurance, understand financing options (PhilHealth, PCSO etc) and connect them to regional and national healthcare facilities.
