Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate the development and deployment of our core platforms using a microservice approach and in a based cloud environment;
- Working with the Infrastructure manager to ensure availability of environments for test and live operations;
- Oversee the tracing and resolution of issues and defects raised;
- Support the CTO/CIO in managing daily IT operations and contribute to strategic technology decisions;
- Run appropriate project meetings and ensure maintenance of agile/lean documentation;
- Code review and implementation of standards;
- Be part of the project team contributing on requirements, design, code, integration or testing as skills allow;
- Ensure the team is adequately trained and has resources to tackle technical challenges;
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, with 7-10 years’ work related experience
- Proven management experience in lead delivery roles
- Knowledge of cloud platforms
- Technical ability/experience in Web technologies like Javascript, Java, Kotlin, Python languages; MongoDB, Couchbase or NoSQL Database; NodeJS application servers, integration using REST API
- Good to have some experience of opensource and/or integration package solutions
- Appreciation in Continuous Integration (CI/CD), Agile methods
- Knowledge of Philippine security regulations and standards
- Very strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of digital technology
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and/or technology is a strong advantage
- Good communication in English and Tagalog
- Strong team working skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work as part of a small-but-growing dynamic team
- Amenable for flexible work hours and scheduled work from home set-up
