Job Description

The core role scope and responsibilities will be:

    • Manage all AWH’s insurance solutions and services;
    • Work with a range of financial services partners and brokers to price bespoke insurance products, in partnership with AWH’s CEO;
    • Work across a number of collaborative partners (pharmaceutical, diagnostics, providers etc) to integrate AWH-only service pricing into the new insurance models (thus lowering cost);
    • Work with AWH Implementation Managers to train them on insurance products;
    • Creating marketing material;
    • Manage ongoing insurance service delivery (premium collection, reporting etc) from the grassroots service delivery partners.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-8 years’ experience in financial services/insurance, with preference for healthcare insurance;
  • Knowledge of micro insurance and group insurance is an advantage;
  • Ability to create, design and describe new concepts and ideas in insurance;
  • Strong people management and reporting capabilities. Record in successfully delivering projects;
  • Knowledge of technology-driven and digital-centric distribution models;
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
