Job Description
- The Digital Performance Marketer will work very closely with the Marketing Lead and the different stakeholders of the company to achieve business objectives. As the subject expert for performance marketing, this person will lead ideation and execution of performance campaigns in close cooperation with our campaigns and assets team.
- This person will be primarily responsible for performance metrics including but not limited to Funnel conversion rates, CPL, CPM, digital budgets and other KPIs that are key to the growth engine of the company.
- This person will work hand in hand with the management team to create reports, brainstorm for ideas on growth and the trajectory of the company.
- This person will also be given opportunities to grow and evolve in ways that will drive up career development faster than his/her peers.
- This post is a full-time job but we accept "slashers" who may have hustles and businesses on the side. Our team is currently at 100% WFH :)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course from a reputable school or university
- At least 3 years working experience where 2 years was spent working as a performance marketer or as conversion optimization specialist in a high-growth company, a start-up or a digital advertising agency
- Strong grasp of digital marketing and performance concepts revolving around campaign tracking, conversion models, funnels, performance optimization, etc.
- Ability to implement and use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Good communicator both in English and Tagalog and is able to express his thoughts and ideas clearly, coherently and effectively
- Able to work in a high-growth, dynamic team setting and can be a self-starter and self-motivated contributor to the team
