Job Description
- Our Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting ALLCARE through effective and efficient digital marketing campaigns. This person will work directly under our Marketing Lead and will cross functionally work with the product team, the sales team as well as experts in the field from sister companies.
- The Digital Marketing specialist is primarily responsible for launching digital campaigns, managing our digital ad spend, finding efficiencies and optimizing our digital strategy.
- The Digital Marketing specialist is also responsible for sharing valuable insights to the team regarding ad performance and how we can improve our activities given a particular campaign objective.
- The Digital Marketing specialist will also influence the overall user journey of potential ALLCARE customers if findings from campaign reports show that this is something to address.
- This person will create reports, present and discuss them with peers, team and management.
- his person will be exposed to different industry experts and learn a significant amount of techniques and growth strategies to employ for ALLCARE.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Management, Technology
- At least 1-2 years experience specifically in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proficient in creating campaigns and using digital marketing tools in Email, Search, Social Media, etc.
- Proficient in preparing and writing campaign reports from different sources inlcuding Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc. (other aps like Google Data Studio, Firebase, etc. all a plus)
- Analytical and has a knack for detail-oriented reports and making informed analysis from these reports
- Amenable to reporting daily (flexitime) in a cool office in Ortigas and sometimes Makati
