Job Description
- Work with the Requirements Analyst and Technology Development/Software Engineering Group to facilitate design discussions and give feedback on products.
- Execute the design features in accordance with the product strategy and roadmap.
- Determine the information architecture and process flows for the product features
- Create visuals, mock-ups, artworks and design specifications.
- Ensure that software products adhere to Allcard Technologies' branding guidelines and standards and maintain design consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with software engineers to ensure a high quality user experience.
- Solicit feedback and manage all design critiques.
- Help maintain the design system and participate in product reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field/equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing depth of knowledge in user experience, interaction and visual/user interface design
- Strong illustration, iconography and mobile & website design ability
- Experience in shipping high quality product/user experiences
- Extreme attention to detail
- Understanding of user-centric design principles and interaction trends
- Working knowledge of constraints of current and new UI languages, devices & technologies as they pertain to visual design
- Familiarity with HTML & CSS a plus
