Job Description
- Responsible for job setup and perform all production tasks according to standard operating procedures
- Security and quality for production processes and production area
- Drive continuous process improvement and upgrades for higher productivity
- Responsible for the serviceability of production machine/equipment
- Responsible for resolving all production related issues without compromising the targets set by customer/management
- Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet customer agreed delivery commitment
- Adhere to all security and quality guidelines defined, ensure that all guidelines are followed for production and also in the production area
- Acquire production know-how and expertise in production equipment/machine.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Degree in engineering holder or any related field
- 2yrs+ related work experience in a manufacturing company
- Work experience in similar business of AllCard is an advantage
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Analytical and meticulous to details
- Excellent communication skills, records management and reporting skills
- Capable to lead, direct and motivate workforce
- Positive attitude and can work under pressure
