Job Description
- Ensure operation of the machines by application of preventive maintenance requirements on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical parts of the machine
- Performs preventive maintenance of assigned machine in accordance with the established maintenance Program
- Set ups and adjusts production machine parameters based on the required product output and train operators.
- Identify sources of problem by observing machine in operation
- Respond to machine breakdown
- Maintains equipment spare parts by checking stocks to determine inventory level
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Perform Test Tool/Equipment Calibration and Ensure all the test tool/equipment are calibrated
- Propose improvement in machine and parts to lengthen the lifespan
- Resolves technical problems related to equipment/machine downtime and/or upgrade
- Inspects machine and its performance to prevent downtime during machine operations and ensure that the required product output and specifications are met and maintained
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering
- At least 2 years related work experience in a manufacturing environment
- With Professional Licensure is an advantage
- Strong skills and knowledge on technical and maintenance support
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Flexible and can work on a shift schedule
- Willing to work on on-site services and field assignment
- Preferably with good scholastic records
