Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing of candidates, inviting candidates for interviews, coordinating the interview proper, etc.
- Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
- Responsible in encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
- Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
- Do calls, tickets, and chat on a periodic basis (as determined by AU Manager)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Proactive and results driven
- Must be willing to work in Makati
- Willing to start ASAP
- With Allowance, Bonus and Incentives
- Graduating Student of :
- BS Psychology
- BS Business Administration
- Human Resource Development Management
- Mass Communication
- Marketing or any related course
