Project Specialist

The role of the Project Specialist is to provide general administrative support to large scale projects. To ensure the smooth operation of the Projects within the Global Client Service Centre team, the Project Specialist provides support by organising meetings, documenting actions, chasing progress, maintaining project documentation and responding to client requests for information.

Depending on the project’s scope, the Project Specialist could take ownership for some specific deliverables within a project under the supervision of the project leader (for example; organizing training plans, organizing the on-boarding of new team members, development of organization charts, etc.)

Essential:

• Extensive administrative experience supporting a range of deliverables
• Experience working to tight deadlines and supporting multiple deliverables / activities at any point in time
• Project management experience
• Worked without direct supervision
• Mastery level skills in using MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Experience using Microsoft Sharepoint, Visio and Project
• Has worked either in a recruitment team previously or for a consulting company
