Assist bookkeeper in general bookkeeping responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Data entry into Quickbooks
- Recordkeeping and file management
- Account reconciliations
- Accounts payables
- Accounts receivables
- Written and verbal correspondence/communication with suppliers, employees, as needed for timekeeping purposes.
- Expense report process
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time
- Able to work this coming Chinese New Year weekend
Minimum Qualifications
- Required Major: Accounting, or any business-related major
- Students must maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- Strong communication skills.
