Job Description
- The scope of the work will include leading multi-functional teams within LRDC to drive operations and process improvement using Lean methodologies
- Drive behavior change within senior leadership The incumbent will work with people at all levels of the company
- Expectations include a hands-on teamwork approach to problem solving associated with all aspects of the Lean Methodology Facilitate Kaizen events driving Lean principles
- Coach Champions and Lean practitioners in overarching Operational Excellence methodology and culture change
- Provide input and guidance to Champions on the selection and execution of projects
- Mentor and coach project leaders and Lean leaders then drive project execution.
- Train teams on PDCA and A3 through Practical Problem Solving workshops
- Provide project assistance and mentoring to Practical Problem Solving teams.
- Coordinate the implementation of employee suggestions and leading the IDEA Program.
- General support to executive and deployment teams by helping define / refine the Lean practices and monitor project
Minimum Qualifications
- Has experience on implementing Lean principles Participated or led a JDI or an A3 / PPS project Preferably with R&D and transactional process skills
- Outstanding project management skills Must have knowledge on Visio and MS Office Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
- Experienced team leader with proven problem solving experience and process focus Ability to influence at the executive level and group settings
