Job Description
- Interact with multiple levels of management in all functional areas of the business to drive performance improvement
- Utilize Workforce Management software and practices in analyzing call arrival patterns, seasonality changes, holiday planning and new business initiatives
- To forecast staffing needs, scheduling of agents and new hires, analyzing trend data, employee attendance and real time schedule adjustments to address employee and management needs.
- Forecasts scheduling/headcount/hiring needs by basing it on weekly call trends to meet client requirements and to provide them information on the company’s existing call capacity per week.
- Analyzes call center trends to predict long-term and short term staffing needs.
- Schedules agents based on call trends/forecast per shift by monitoring time/call arrival/trends daily; by looking at what day has the most calls and how long as basis for scheduling work and rest days to optimize manpower utilization.
- Submits daily and weekly reports regarding the absenteeism of agents by utilizing available tools and trackers
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- With experience in using any of the workforce tools like: NICE IEX, Aspect e-WFM, Total View or Verint Impact 360, Avaya CMS
- At least 2 years experience in the BPO industry focusing in Workforce Management, preferrably scheduling and forecasting (voice and back office).
- Excellent command in English language, written and oral
- Comfortable in working with different levels in the organization and experience in client interaction
- Excellent reporting skills (Excel), knowledge in Macros and VBA is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay (Mall of Asia Complex, in rotating shift and schedules, holidays and weekends depending on the business need
