Job Description
- Provide Information Security technical and project leadership for various solutions including developing robust security reference architectures
- Developing Information Security Tools and Technologies Road-Map and Budgets (investments) for Information Security
- Enhance Information Security capabilities for emerging standards and client specific requirements
- Oversee and monitor the implementation of Information Security, Data initiatives
- Facilitate clients due diligence visits, client audits and external audits
- Represent company's Thought Leadership in Industry forums viz. NASSCOM-DSCI and CSO Forums on Information Security and Data Privacy and keeping abreast of industry dynamics.
- Team/People management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
- CIPP/CISSP/CISA/CISM/ISMS Lead Auditor
- Experience and knowledge on ISO27001, SOX, SAS70, and information security audits, security policy & process development, Data Privacy, etc.
- Experience and knowledge of multiple operating systems, databases, networks, ERP, etc
- Risk Management experience, implementation of ISO27001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and / or - Security control framework based on COBIT or GCC (general computer controls) for SOX404 compliance or SAS 70
- Knowledge & competency in governing SOC, emerging concepts & technologies such as DLP, IDM, End Point Security and emerging Data Privacy regulations such as DPA, HIPAA, GLBA, etc will be an added advantage.
- Experience and knowledge on Business Continuity
- Deep understanding of emerging concepts & technologies such as Data Leakage Prevention, Cloud Security, Mobile Computing Security, etc.
- Strong domain understanding of offshore technology sectors and / or business operations
- Capable of managing project tasks individually and as a team
- Ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, work well in a demanding dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
- Ability to document and explain technical details in a concise & understandable manner
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
