Job Description
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any course;
- At least 1 year call center experience (voice account);
- Above average customer service skillset;
- Strong communication skills;
- Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer-based applications;
- Flexible and willing to work on graveyard shifts;
- Must be willing to work in Buendia, Makati;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
