Marketing Manager  

Responsible for implementing and executing the marketing, communications, and public relations strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Plays as a key role in promoting the company's brand relationship with customers, retaining and expanding the client base through marketing activities.

-Plan, develop, and execute marketing programs such as direct mailings, social media campaignbs, client seminars, publicity events, print, radio, television, and Internet advertising; brochures adn other collateral materials; graphic design and creative services, Website management ; market analysis and research.

-Determines how to allocate the company's marketing resources to support its business strategy.

-Stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organizationand adjust their plans accordingly.

-Prepare and coordinate materials for real estate rade shows and promotional activities targeting real estate funds, private equity companies, developers, investors, home builders and owners.

-Handle include creating sales collateral, research and develop pricing policies and recommend appropriate sales channels.

-Overseeing their department's budget.

-Administering their company's client database.

-Managing junior-level marketing personnel or marketing professionals.

-Perform other functions as maybe required by higher authorities.

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any related courses.
• Minimum of 5 years work exeperience of Marketing job in a real estate company or related establishments.
• Keen attention to details and good analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate in English: written and verbal
• Ability to identify and communicate potential problems and propose creative solutions
• Ability to perform well in a complex work environment and address numerous simultaneous requests effectively
• Demostrated ability to deliver high quality, accurate work tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
• Experience in using computers and Microsoft office software applications and Internet
