Job Description
- Technical support for Point-Of-Sale.
- Troubleshooting both hardware and software.
- Assemble Computer, installing drivers and programs, troubleshooting system and network problems.
- Reformatting and installing windows. Back up files from hard disk and set up new computers.
- Maintaining and monitoring of connection and /or sending sales of store to the admin server. (IP address, admin server IP address, Gateway, cables from stores to admin).
- Registering new HO staff in webfaction.
- Filing and record of email address and password, POS Permits, Network details of stores etc.
- Uploading of daily sales transaction.
- FTP – Downloading Store sales from ftp.
- Magic – Uploading the sales file to magic.
- Printing Replenishment Report.
- Checking the sales from system file 445 and then generate report.
- Separating particular brand handled by stockmen.
- Sending necessary reports.
- Assisting store and HO staff to help and resolve issues(via phone/chat/teamviewer or personal).
- Fixing bugs and errors in POS.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
