Job Description
- Checks daily sales of retail stores and handles day-to-day cash deposits, credit and debit card transactions and reconciles discrepancies.
- Responsible for monitoring, validating and checking sales reports, void transactions, and discount purchases from stores.
- Prepares monthly gross and net sales reports.
- Coordinating with different banks for bank reconciliations.
- To maintain accounting records on Quickbooks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
